Ronkonkoma Rotary Honors Vets

The Ronkonkoma Rotary Club supporting GENERAL NEEDS visited the Vets Place in Yaphank to honor our veterans on Veterans Day.

The club arranged a luncheon for the residents and distributed 25 pairs of boots and socks to these men. These boots and socks help these men both stay worm and enable them to find some meaningful work to help support themselves. The GENERAL NEEDS organization delivered almost 300 pairs of boots to various veterans groups throughout Nassau and Suffolk.
